Mihoko Oshima joined Konica Minolta, Inc. in 2023 and currently serves in the present role.
Oshima joined a major electronics manufacturer in 2000, and subsequently gained extensive experience primarily in legal and compliance at a diversified beverage company, a venture business, an aluminum rolling manufacturer, and a global coatings company.

Has over 20 years of professional experience in legal, compliance, and governance, overseeing global alliances and M&A, the establishment of group compliance frameworks, internal controls, and risk management at listed companies, thereby contributing to the strengthening of corporate foundations and sustainable growth.

In addition, for six years from 2014, engaged in business management, corporate strategy, and structural reform, leading initiatives such as enhancement of investment evaluation systems, promotion of new business development, and the establishment of an internal venture program.
