FUJIFILM Business Innovation and Konica Minolta
Change the Scheduled Date of Establishment of Joint Venture Company

TOKYO, September 9, 2024 – FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. and Konica Minolta, Inc. today announced that they have decided to change the scheduled date of establishment of the joint venture due to the ongoing review and approval procedures under the competition laws overseas. They had signed a Shareholders Agreement (Joint Venture Agreement) on July 8, 2024 and planned to establish a joint venture company on September 30, 2024 to coordinate the procurement of raw materials and components. The new establishment date will be announced once it is determined.
