Konica Minolta Supports Relief Efforts for Earthquake in Noto Peninsula, Japan

Tokyo (January 12, 2024) – Konica Minolta, Inc. (Konica Minolta) announced the following statement:
We, the entire Konica Minolta Group, offer our deepest condolences to those who have lost their loved ones, friends and homes as a result of the powerful earthquake in the Noto Peninsula in Japan on New Year’s Day. Our thoughts and prayers are with the people and communities affected by the disaster.
Konica Minolta Group will assist the relief efforts for the affected area with the following actions:
- Konica Minolta will donate 5 million Japanese yen through the Japan Red Cross Society to support relief efforts in the affected areas.
- In addition to the above, Konica Minolta employees will participate in fund raising for donation.
- The Group’s sales company in Japan, Konica Minolta Japan, Inc., has been working on assistance for its client companies with recovery of multi-functional peripherals (MFPs) and support for Konica Minolta healthcare products used in hospitals and clinics in the area.
We sincerely hope that the days of recovery will come soon.
